No minimum purchase required, and no set up fee.

We can only customize items purchased from our store.

We require 100% PAYMENT IN FULL before we start customizing any item.

Our turn-around time is typically 1-2 weeks, but can be more depending on the size of the order.

All discounts can only be used on orders of 10 ITEMS or more. Only ONE discount can be use PER ORDER.  New business discount is for businesses within their first 3 years of operation. Veteran’s ID required for discount. First Responder ID required for discount.

Due to the nature of our business being customizing items, we do have a NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS policy, all sales are final.
